Terry Fox Run
Thank you to all of our wonderful parent volunteers who helped make our Terry Fox Run such a success! Your time, energy, and enthusiasm made the event possible, and we are so grateful for your support.
We are also excited to share that together we raised $ 737.50 for the Terry Fox Foundation. What an incredible achievement! Our students showed great spirit, determination, and commitment to carrying on Terry’s legacy of hope.
Way to go, Earl Grey School! We are proud of what our school community can accomplish when we come together for such an important cause.
Reminders from the Office
- Online forms should have been completed in SchoolEngage by September 14.
- Look for a red number beside your child’s name (indicating required forms).
- Click on your child’s name and the forms will appear.
Required forms include:
- Demographic Verification (2026–27) – Alberta Education requirement for funding.
- Citizenship Information Update (2026–27) – appears if citizenship details change.
- Annual Authorization (2026–27) – includes:
- CBE Use of Personal Information
- Consent for CBE Use of Student Information
- Consent for News Media/Outside Groups
Parking & Student Drop-Off *Important*
Three things we would like to highlight:
- Kiss’n’Ride - This area is for quick drop-off and pick-up only. If you would like to walk your child to their door, please park on Dorchester Ave. or Earl Grey Crescent.
- Please do not make U-turns in front of the school and always use designated crosswalks.
- The staff parking lot is for staff only.
Student Attendance
- Call 403-777-8570 (option 1) if your child will be absent.
- If picking up early, sign out in the green binder at the office.
- Late arrivals must check in at the office before going to class.
- Bus students: notify the office if you plan to pick them up instead.
Meet the Teacher

🕓 4:00–6:00 p.m.
This will be a time to visit the school with your child to see their classroom and meet their teacher. This will be an open house, and classrooms will not have formal presentations. Please visit us between 4-6 pm.

We are seeking volunteers and families to bring in snacks for students who have forgotten lunch or may need a little extra.
We all know the school staff run on caffeine, if you would like to sign up to bring in some K-cups, Creamer, etc.... sign up below
