- Call 403-777-8570 (option 1) if your child will be absent.
- If picking up early, sign out in the green binder at the office with name and reason.
- Late arrivals must check in at the office before going to class.
- Bus students: notify the office if you plan to pick them up instead..
Earl Grey Science Fair Coming Soon
We are excited to be hosting our annual Science Fair later this month!
- April 20: Grades 1–3
- April 21: Grades 4–6

Cultural Day Assembly
We are excited to share that Earl Grey will be celebrating Cultural Day on April 30, 2026. This day is an opportunity for students to learn about and celebrate the many cultures, traditions, and backgrounds that make up our school community.
As part of Cultural Day, we will be hosting a school assembly from 1:00–2:00 PM, and Earl Grey families are welcome to attend.
This assembly will highlight student learning and may include optional student presentations sharing aspects of their cultures, traditions, and experiences.
Participation in presentations is completely optional, and for any students who express interest in presenting, the school will connect with families in advance to confirm family permission and support.
Classroom teachers will send out more information about the day this week. We look forward to sharing this day with our families.

Spring Concert Grades K-3 - Save the Date May 7th 2026
Families of Kindergarten to Grade 3 students,
We are excited to share that our Spring Concert will take place on May 7. There will be both a daytime and an evening performance.
More specific details will be shared in the coming weeks. We wanted to give you the date to put in your calendars.
