Our annual Dad’s Pancake Breakfast will be held on Monday June 17 from 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM. All families are welcome to attend!
We will need available and willing Dad’s to help set up, make and serve a pancake breakfast and clean-up from 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM Please review the available slots below and sign up. Thank you!

Mrs. Sorensen’s Retirement Celebration – Last Reminder
Our retirement celebration for Mrs. Sorensen is next Thursday, June 13 at the Loch Gallery.

Just a reminder, this is an adult only event. Students will have an opportunity to say good bye at our Farewell Assembly on Wednesday, June 26.

Final Library Book Return Date
All library books need to be returned by Thursday, June 13. Get your kids cleaning their rooms to find and return their overdue books! Remember too, Calgary Public Library has great resources to make use of over the summer months.
Research on Summer Reading:
Children who DO NOT READ in the summer can lose two or three months of reading skills.
Kids who DO READ tend to gain a month of reading proficiency.

Tennis Lessons: Grade 3 to 6 - Monday, June 10 and Wednesday, June 12
As part of our grades 3 to 6 physical education program. Instructors from the Calgary Tennis Center will be working with all grade 3 to 6 students to introduce them to the sport of tennis. The lessons will take place at Mount Royal Station located at 2317 10th Street SW on Monday June 10 and Wednesday June 12. All equipment is provided. Students are encourage to have running shoes, a water bottle, hat, sunscreen, and insect repellent on these days.
The cost for the lessons is $16 per student. This fee will be assigned in each student’s MyCBE account.
