Science Fair

Our Science Fair for all grades (1 to 6) will now be held on Tuesday, April 8 from 8:30 to 12:00 in the gym.

Parent Judges needed!  At this point we only have 4 judges.  We need 20+! Those who signed up for Monday judging will be asked to move to Tuesday.

No experience required!  Please sign up Volunteer to be judge at Science Fair (April 7&8) However, No Monday April 7! Only sign up for Tuesday, April 8.

Parents are welcome to view the science Fair from 1:00 to 2:15 p.m. on Tuesday, April 8.

School Engagement Survey

Our School Engagement on our School Development Plan, Budget and Fees can be found on the Our School page.

We kindly ask all parents to provide us with feedback on our survey. The survey will close on March 28, 2025.

Afternoon Pick-up at the School

Due to the congestion at the front door of the school by students needing to access busses on Hillcrest Avenue, we ask that parents and caregivers to pick up non-bus students at the designated back doors of the school. Teachers have reviewed these locations with students.

Message from Council

The School Council is still looking for Treasurer and Fundraising Coordinator to be elected in May, attend our next meeting and/or contact earlgreyparentcouncil@gmail.com to learn more and ask questions.  Our regular fundraisers (fun lunch, purdys, blaze, art cards, bake sale) may not occur next year without support, if you would like to see them continue we need your help running them.
