Parent/Teacher Conferences

Thursday, November 28 from 4:00 to 7:45 PM and Friday, November 29 from 8:00 AM to 11:45 PM. Booking appointments will begin Sunday, November 17 at 3:00 PM. Please go to MyCBE and book under Book and Manage Meeting Times.

Kindergarten Conference can be book from 8:00 AM to 7:45 PM on November 28 and from 8:00 AM to 11:45 PM on the 29. To accommodate conferences on Thursday, November 28, there will be no kindergarten classes that day.

Get Ready for the Scholastic Book Fair!
Mark your calendars for November 25–29 because the Scholastic Book Fair is back! Students can shop during their regular library times, while parents and caregivers are invited to stop by after school until 3:30 PM. We will be selling items during Parent/Teacher Interviews on Thursday evening (4:00–8:00 PM) and Friday morning (8:00 AM–12:00 PM).

Books make perfect holiday gifts, and every purchase helps us bring new, exciting titles to our school library. Interested in lending a hand? Sign up to volunteer using the link below—we’d love your support!

Reminders from the Office 

There are a few families who haven't completed the yearly forms in SchoolEngage. Please go into your SchoolEngage account and complete any outstanding forms. If you require assistance in creating your MyCBE account, please contact Mrs. Patterson at plpatterson@cbe.ab.ca and she will email you instructions on how to create your account.

Attendance Reminders

  • If your Child will be absent from school please call the attendance line to report their absent, 403-777-8570 opt 1
  • If you are picking up your child early from school please sign them out in the green binder in the office, the office staff will call your Child’s classroom and have them come to the office. Parents should not be going to the classrooms and picking up their child.
  • If your child arrives late please have them check in at the office before going to class 
  • If you child takes the bus, please notify the office if you will be picking up your child at the end of the day

We have been having an increase of students arriving late to school. Please ensure you are getting your child to school on time.
