Holiday Concert Announcement

It’s that time of year again when we get to come together and celebrate the holidays with songs and fun! Our Holiday Concert this year features students in Grades 4, 5, and 6. December is a time for reminiscing, telling stories, and enjoying each other’s company while staying cozy and warm inside. Our theme this year is “Stories by the Fire.” It’s a cold, blustery, snowy day, and the kids are gathered by the fire counting down the days until Winter Break.

There are two shows that families may attend. Extended family members are welcome to join us on December 11th at 9:00am in the gym for the Morning Performance. The evening performance at 6:30pm is intended for Parents/Guardians.

Students were asked to have conversations with their family members about which performance time works best for you, and they have selected their preference based on those discussions. Please keep an eye out for a form going home for actors.

We can’t wait to celebrate with you and hope to see you there!

— Ms. Cotton

Christmas Stars

This holiday season, we invite you to help brighten the lives of families in need through our Christmas Stars initiative. Visit the window at the front office and choose a star; each one includes a description of a needed gift or gift card. Your thoughtful contribution will directly support Earl Grey families this Christmas.

Please return all wrapped gifts and cards to the office by December 10th to ensure timely delivery. Thank you for helping make the season magical for everyone!

Festive Pet Photos Board

We’re creating a Festive Pet Board for December! Students are invited to bring in a printed photo of their pets dressed in festive gear—think cozy sweaters, cute hats, or holiday decorations.

Please include:

  • Student’s name
  • Teacher’s name (on the back of the photo)

Photos can be handed in directly to student's classroom teacher. Collection will run throughout December. Let’s make our hallway merry and bright with adorable pets!
