Remembrance Day

Thank you to all the members of our Boy's Choir, Speakers, MC’s and Special Guests for your contribution in making our Remembrance Day Service a memorable and moving ceremony. We especially like to thank Mrs. Sorensen, Mrs. Merilovich and Mr. Prather for your direction and support. Just a reminder that Saturday, November 11, is Remembrance Day. We encourage families to participate in the many ceremonies and services around the city.

 

 

Parent-Teacher Conferences

Conferences are an opportunity for parents and guardians to speak to teachers about their child’s current achievement and progress, along with programming information. To book a conference time, login to MYCBE account. 

Please note that both conferences will be held in person. If you are unable to attend, please reach out to your child’s teacher to arrange an alternative time.

 

Volunteers Needed | Costume Organization 

Do you love organizing? 

If so, we need your help to organize our props, and costumes at Earl Grey! You DO NOT NEED POLICE CLEARANCE to help organize the storage room. 

 

Do you love Decorating?? 

Please consider sharing your skills to help us decorate the school for the holidays, and create a welcoming space for students and families. We will also need help in January to put decor away if cleaning and straightening up is an interest!

 

Do you have interest in being a stage manager for our 2 Christmas concerts? Do you have interest in organizing costumes using what is provided and sourcing what’s needed? 

 

If you are able to assist in some small way with concert and Seasonal prep at Earl Grey please meet in the music room at 2:15 with Mrs. Sorensen on November 15th for more information.
