Message from the Office | Forms

Please complete the Annual Consent Forms and Demographic Verification forms even if there are no changes.

When dropping items off at the school for your children, please come to the office. The office will notify the teacher and your child about the items. We are kindly asking parents not to walk down to the classroom. It is important that we do not interrupt classroom instruction and ensuring the safety and security of everyone in the building.

Bussing Reminder

If you are picking up your child and they take the bus, parents need to notify the office and wait for their child at their designated door or office. 

Boys Choir Update

 If anyone has a boy’s white long sleeve button up dress shirt and would like to donate to the school, please send to Mrs. Sorensen. Thank you in advance.

Halloween Day, Tuesday October 31

The Kindergarten AM Class is invited to wear their costumes the morning of Halloween Day. They will take part in their own costume parade in the morning at 9:00 am, visiting all of the classes in the school.

Grades 1 through 6 are invited to bring their costumes to school on the Tuesday and will be able to change into their costume at lunch time. Please do not send your child with any face paint and be respectful regarding the costume choice: being appropriate for school, no weapons are allowed. A grade 1 to 6 and Kindergarten PM costume parade will be at 12:00 pm.

After School Art Program

Vania Dimitrova is once again teaming up with Little Steps Before and After School Care to run an after-school art program here at Earl Grey. Please see the attached registration form for more information. See flyer under Resources.
